How long until I see results?
Some of our customers notice changes to appetite and cravings within a few days of starting to take GlucoFocus. Within a few weeks, you should notice changes to energy levels and mental focus. After about a month, in combination with a healthy lifestyle, you should see natural, sustainable weight loss.
Are any of the ingredients harmful?
No! We have sourced the highest quality ingredients, and they are entirely natural. No pharmaceuticals or additives. The plant extracts, vitamins and amino acids work together to help reduce cravings, improve liver function, stabilise your blood sugar levels, and restore your metabolism.
Can I use this product if I am diabetic?
We recommend that you discuss this with your doctor first. The ingredients in GlucoBalance are clinically shown to stabilise blood sugar and insulin. This means that they can interfere with medication you are taking for diabetes, and care must be taken.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
Returns
At Balance we are committed to providing you with premium, scientifically formulated heath and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges or issue refunds once a product has been dispatched whether the item is used, unused or unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@myworldinbalance.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each report will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed valid, offer suitable resolution which may include a replacement or a store credit.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Legal Notice
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that Restorative Journeys (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa) or any other applicable laws, where such rights are not legally excludable.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?
We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
My order is still not here please help?
If you order has taken longer than 5 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Payfast. We also accept other payment methods provided by them.
