Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We may use various South African courier services for delivery. Orders are shipped from a South African location.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@myworldinbalance.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each report will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed valid, offer suitable resolution which may include a replacement or a store credit.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

We do not currently ship internationally.
