Refund policy
At Balance we are committed to providing you with high quality, scientifically formulated heath and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges or issue refunds once a product has been dispatched whether the item is used, unused or unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@myworldinbalance.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each report will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed valid, offer suitable resolution which may include a replacement or a store credit.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
